Underground earthquake emergency kit dispensary
Nerds of the Round Table Present:

Thermal blankets, flashlight, extra batteries, compass, heat packs, tarp, 1 flat of water, emergency poncho (4), candles, toilet paper, 4 collapsible water bottle; 1L ,matches( in a plastic bag) , whistle, pocket knife, rope, maps, emergency sleeping bags, can opener, fire starters,canned pasta, canned meat, beef jerky pack x4, backpacks x4 , granola bars
Government will pay for part of the price of starting price
Other half of starting price and upgrades paid by the people
Community workers (Police officers, firefighters, etc) will be in control of dispensaries
They will also decide who goes in and when to receive kit.
Company will load all the kits with the necessary items
+sewing kit, tissues, tube tent, toothbrushes,
toothpaste, hats

How would you carry the kits back to where you are staying?
What if you work somewhere else ? How will they be able to receive one?

If you consistently travel to a certain city, you could register your kit with that city, the same way you could register another person to get your kit.

Can't access dispensary if there's rubble
on the assumption that your neighbour can get out of their house, they will pick up your kit for you
Will the kits have everything people need?
It should, and if not you are able to constantly update your kit and add other medical supplies (inhaler etc.)
Will anything expire?
anything such as food or water in the kits that are able to expire, you will receive an email explaining that (x) has expired and would you like to pay (amount) to replace it?
