Rohypnol There are lots of terms for Rohypnol, such as R-2, Roofies, the date rape drug, pingus, wolfies, rufles Street names It is a trade name for flunitrazpam, its a central nervous system depressent. It is used for mostly sexual assualts. Rohypnol was made to look as a capsule, in 1997, they dissolve in liquid so the victim cant tell. It was made for pre-medicine so the patient would fall asleep. How it enters the body Some poeple swallow the capsule whole, others drink it, others crush it up and snort it, some inject it, there are many ways to insert, it takes 15 to 20 mins to start feeling the effects of the drug and may persist of for more than 12 hours. Who uses it? Teenagers and young adults, usually 13 to 30. Most users are male. Short term effects? The short term effects are that it creates a sleepy relaxed and drunk feeling that last for 2 to 8 hours. Other effects you may black out with a complete loss of memory, dizzines, and disortment, nausea, difficulty with motor movments, and speaking. Long term effects?
