INBOUND MARKETING
The best way to turn strangers into customers and promoters of your business.
Inbound marketing refers to marketing activities that bring visitors in, rather than marketers having to go out to get prospect’s attention.
By aligning the content you publish with your customer’s interests, you naturally attract inbound traffic that you can then convert, close, and delight over time.
Inbound marketing is promoting a company through Blogs, Podcasts, eBooks, social media marketing, and other forms of content marketing which serve to bring customers in closer to the brand.
MAKE MARKETING PEOPLE LOVE
By publishing the right content in the right place at the right time, your marketing becomes relevant and helpful to your customers, not interruptive. Now that’s marketing people can love.
In contrast, buying attention, cold-calling, bulk email, radio, TV advertisements, sales flyers, spam, telemarketing and traditional advertising are considered "outbound marketing".
The Four Marketing Actions
Along the top are the four actions (Attract, Convert, Close, Delight) inbound companies must take in order to obtain visitors, leads, customers, and promoters. Along the bottom are the tools companies use to accomplish these actions

BENEFITS OF INBOUND MARKETING

Instead of blind-firing your message to places where your audience “is” with bulk emails, phone calls, flyers e.t.c. your audience comes to you, you learn your audience, and through this exchange you’re able to classify your audience and service them better.
Improved Customer Relations
Inbound marketing involves providing valued content to your potential buyers in hopes to gain more insight on them and to be of value to them.
Simply put, offering extraordinary customer-centric content and service will eventually build brand credibility through perceived expertise that in turn can produce brand loyalty.
Visible ROI
Inbound marketing can leverage your business by providing your company with a more transparent measure of your marketing initiative’s success.
A transparent and measurable marketing campaign allows your company to see areas of improvement in its marketing plan to further leverage cost-effectiveness and customer relations
