Transcript of School Uniforms

Want them or hate them? School Uniforms Students get
more sleep. Students don't have
controversial feelings
about what to wear. People still want
reasons to differ from
each other which results
in piercings, tattoos
and wacky hair colors. Uniforms can help reduce bullying within the school. In 2007-2008, 16.5% of public schools have uniforms, and 54% have a strict dress code. Uniforms can hide what wealth status you are. It's easier to keep track of students on
field trips. School intruders are easier to spot in a school of uniformed children. (Unless the intruder is smart enough to know to buy and wear one.) (; People from other schools target uniformed kids for bullying. Uniforms can provide a reason for bullying. Students differ from others by wearing different clothes and have their own taste in colors and that's part of their personality. It's their own way of expressing themselves. So, from what you've
learned, has your opinion changed? It's time to discuss and debate. Yes No How about some
pictures before
we debate? In the mornings, they get up and already know what to wear. How about that? People who are normally bullies are viewed more as equal and tend not to be as mean. Like we said before, they don't need to spend as much time in the morning picking out something to wear and can sleep longer in the mornings. I mean, they all look the same. Really, you can't lose each other. He's only one that stands out. SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS Can you find it? -> Some people buy more expensive apparel and think of themselves more highly because of it. Okay, so say that three big kids come up to you wearing gangster clothes (let's just call it that) and ask you for your lunch money. What are you going to do? Kick them? You're going to flee like a scared little kitty. You'd feel at least a little better about yourself in your normal clothes. Make your decision and have an opinion because it's time to debate!
