Our robot enhances any autonomous car into driving itself. This accessory replaces the need for steering wheels and pedals.
The Google Self-Driving Car
What task does the robot perform? What human function or task does this robot simulate?
The internal computer includes global map data that is fed to the control system and combined with a 3d map projection that is created by a light radar system and 64 watt green laser.
How is the robot taught to perform its task?
What are the advantages and disadvantages to your robot?
Instead of a brake, there is a red button
that changes all of the autonomous cars
into their
normal forms, allowing you to drive them
manually.
Where is the robot used? What is its work envelope (how many degrees of freedom or flexible joints does it have)?
Our robot is used in the states of Nevada, Florida, California, and Michigan. It has the same degrees of freedom of the car that is being driven. Most cars have 6 degrees of freedom.
Is the robotic end effector multi-functional? If so, what other tasks can it perform?
The robotic end effector is not multi-functional. It can only drive.
Google has also manufactured their own car
A light radar system and camera creates an image of the surroundings. Meanwhile, a laser guides the car and the entire sensor array turns this into raw image data. Then, it is fed to the on-board computer and
merged with a 3d map, automated control systems, throttle, and breaking.

Our amazing product, has already given a legally blind man, the ability to drive once again. Hopefully, when self driven cars become more and more popular,
anyone
will be able to drive these smart cars.
What jobs can the Google Self Driving Car create to provide employment for people?
Our robot can provide jobs for car designers, manufacturing workers, computer programers, marketers and advertisers, mechanics, ect.
Predict and explain how your product may be altered to perform more or different tasks in the future.
Our product may be altered to work as a self driven motorcycle, bike, golf cart, or anything with tires and a steering wheel. The Google Self Driving Car might also lead to smaller everyday things like self-adjusting toothbrushes, The Untangler, Self-tying shoes or more things to allow the human population to be even lazier!
