Former prime minister Ehud Olmert has been accused of accepting bribes in order to expand Holyland. Holyland is a building project, one that Olmert saw approved while he was mayor in 1999. Hillel Charni, an Israeli businessman, allegedly paid tens of millions of shekels in bribes to senior Jerusalem Municipality officials. If there is so much money going around, they should have paid off the guy who tattled to the police. Israelis leave Sinai in droves following terror warning

Last Wednesday, over 400 Israeli vacationers on the Sinai Peninsula after a terrorist threat. Allegedly a group was working under the support of the Hamas to abduct Israelis from Sinai and use them as collateral. This is far from the first time this has occured and makes on wonder why the Israelis keep vacationing there.
