You may create your self-portrait with any medium you would like. You must do the front view of your face and not a side view.
Create a self-portrait
Frida was a famous Mexican painter who mostly painted self-portraits.

Tell Your Story
Reflect on the person you are and jot down ideas that reflect who you are. (personal likes, hobbies, etc...)

Draw three (3) practice ideas of what you would like your self-portrait to look like. Your self-portrait should tell a story about you.Use a mirror and a packet that shows how to draw facial features. Ask Mrs. Sweet for these things.
Think about how you would like to create your self-portrait. What materials will you need? Write this down on your practice idea.
Select your best idea and get your self-portrait approved by Mrs. Sweet, and gather materials needed to create your self-portrait.
Create your self-portrait.
Be prepared to share your self-portrait with the class and tell your story.
