Unlike traditional image processing software tools, Cognitech Video Investigator allows to process every frame or any part of any frame completely independently with different filter parameters or different filters.
For example, if a blur occurs due to a simultaneous motion of the camera and the observed subjects and vehicle license plates, then a deblurring filter is adapted differently to different parts of the images in different frames.
