LI: To identify interrogatives in written and spoken Spanish.

SC: Students will create a flashcard set of interrogatives and actively participate in a fly swat game.
Activity 1: Creating a set of flashcards for interrogatives
1. Working individually.

2. Cut and paste the flashcard set.

3. Spend ten minutes memorising them.

4. We have twenty minutes in total for this part of the lesson.
Activity 4: Spell
1. Working individually.

2. Get out your flashcards.

3. You will now only hear a phrase in Spanish from your flashcards.

4. Write down the Spanish translation.

5. You will have thirty seconds for each phrase.

6. We will correct as we go.
Activity 5: Fly swat competitions
1. Working in pairs.

2. Spread out
one set
of flashcards on your table.

3. You will read and hear a Spanish phrase from Quizlet.

4. Put your hand on the correct flashcard.
The first person to get it keeps it.
The person with the most flashcards at the end wins.

Activity 2: Test yourself
1. Working individually.

2. Use your flashcards to help you complete the test.
