Time!!!!!! Will Halloway Will has blond-white hair and clear blue eyes. He was born one minute before midnight on October 30th. He is happy with who he is and is a good person overall. Jim Nightshade Jim is a boy with wild, thick hair, the color of waxed chestnuts. He is constantly looking for excitement. He is not happy with who he is. He wants to be older. His sense of adventure always interferes with his sense of right and wrong. Charles Halloway Charles is Will's father. He is 54 years old and works in the library as a janitor. He loves Will the best he can but, he thinks he is too old to raise a child. Mr. Dark Mr. Dark is a tall man with a pale, pockmarked face and yellow eyes. He wears a red vest with a black suit that appears very itchy. He is part owner of Cooger and Dark's Combined Shadow Shows. Mr.Cooger Mr.Cooger is a man with lots of identities in this book. He was Mr. Cooger, Robert, and Mr. Electrico. He has bright red hair, bright blue eyes, and big muscles. He is also a part owner of Cooger and Dark's Combined Shadow Shows. Age Charles Halloway learns that it doesn't matter the number of years that one has been alive but, the feelings that one has, the love that one exhibits. Magic Magic is something Mr. Dark and the carnival uses. Mr. Halloway proves that Magic is apart of life when he killed the witch with his smile. Boys Young boys run where they will and act upon passing fancies. So does life. Things can occur unexpectedly and pop out of nowhere like boys who run anywhere and can be anywhere at anytime. The Carnival The carnival itself is pure evil. It takes people in that are not really part of the community and turns them into freaks. Its evil is viewed to destroy towns it visits. By the prickling of my thumbs,
Something wicked this way comes.
