(or at least cheaper ones) have fun and the most important thing European White Nights Madrid: City IsLand USW Santo Domingo: Trash Tsunami USW Asuncion: We do not play with the serious things EMPTY LOTS ABANDONED AREAS INFRASTRUCTURE how did we come to this? the buildings? the empty space
between the buildings? the people who fill the buildings
and the empty space between the buildings? the relationships between the people
who fill the buildings and the empty space
between the buildings? the wishes and needs of the people
who fill the buildings and the empty space
between the buildings? madrid side-A madrid side-B thinkers/owners
(politicians, companies, ...) users
(citizens, people, ...) makers
(qualified professionals) let's have a look about the way the desitions are taken what is the role of the architect in this process? construction company 99% well known architects wearing black company/firms engineering studios full of people wearing suit and tie politicians 3 main actors 3 main cities let's have a look at the consecuences how can we do the things in a diferent way? What about if we change the process and start working as a net where everybody has a role from the very begining till the end? First of all: what is a city? AND CHANGE OUR POINT OF VIEW Is that possible?

what do we need? supermaterials superheroes superspaces dump empty flats empty highway (some kind of very cheap and boring boxes) something huge, serious and impressive
that make us feel insignificant brand new museum or something
