(SPIN)
a streamlined, interoperable enterprise information system with a master repository of information (data warehouse) on beneficiaries of DSWD social protection and development projects and investments to stakeholders that deliver services to the poorest of the poor.

will allow partners in social protection to:

Share databases across internal and external users and partner agencies
Maximize ICT tools for internal and inter-agency collaboration and analytics
Add value to existing databases as basis for SPWD interventions, policies and plans
Contribute DSWD knowledge products (policies, plans, projects, services, etc.)
Provide an internet based tool for M&E of all social protection and development service delivery models
