my opinion
company: just want excellent students who would contricute the company
not be interested in the convention and perfect SHU-KATSU sei
student:misunderstanding that they have to do conventionally
 regarding SHU-KATSU as incubus
→try to be perfect SHU-KATSU sei
→prevent to appeal originality
SHU-KATSU is a chance to come your dream true.
Students should think and act more freely and originally.
