Who has them?
If you're a sensitive, creative,or imaginative person, you're more likely to get nightmares.
Anyone can get a nightmare whether you're a child or an adult.
You'd think that adults would have more nightmares than children, but it's the other way around. Studies show that children between ages 3-4 and 7-8 have nightmares as part of development.
What can be in them?
How can you prevent them?
Get into a healthy sleep routine.
Sleep with a stuffed toy or favorite blanket.
Use a nightlight
Keep your door open.
