Travis 'Mad Dog' Maddox
Parker Travis Maddox- charming, seductive, hot temperd and covered in tattoos, is exactly what Abby needs to avoid. He spends his nights winning money in a floating fight ring, and his days as the charming college co-ed. Attracted by Abby's resistance to his charm, he makes a bet with her, but Travis never knew he just met his match. Will he be able to be with her before it is to late to get her back? America is Abby's best friend and will always be with her for everything. America knew what Abby had for a father and her very dark past. She was the one that helped Abby move away for a better life. She will do anything for her, even leaving her own boyfriend.
America' boyfriend Shepley is a handsome guy and also very charming. When Travis gets interested in Abby, he is scared of it getting involved with his relationship with America. Who wouldn't be scared when he loved America very much. Travis always ruined it when he got involved with the friend of his past girlfriends. Will it be the same as before? Jamie McGuire was born in Tulsa. She was raised by her mother Brenda in Blackwell, where she graduated high school in 1997. Jamie attended the Northern Oklahoma College, the University of Central Oklahoma, and Autry Technology Center where she graduated with a degree in Radiography.
Jamie now lives in Enid, with her three children and husband Jeff, who is a real, live cowboy. They share their 30 acres with four horses, four dogs, and Rooster the cat. Travis and Abby Book Picture Abby Abernathy has changed and moved on from her dark past, but then she meets Travis. He reminds her to much of her dark past. Will she be able to avoid Travis as she had planned or will she fall for his charm. The new Abby Abernathy is a good girl, from trying to leave her dark past behind, she goes to Eastern University with her best friend, America. All she want is to be far from her past, but will it be far enough?
Being with her best friend made everything good for her but what she doesn't expect is to meet Travis, in a fighting ring covered in blood. Well she expected it, with America's boyfriend, Shepley, being his cousin they had to meet at some point. Abby thinks he is a jerk and very bad news, so she decides to stay away from him, but what will happen when a bet she lost with him brings them together. Abby tries her very best to avoid him but when the bet started everything changed. Now she has to stay at his apartment for a month and know that Abby is with Parker, a very cute boy, Travis gets very jealous. He wants to be that guy that Abby is with, even when most of the guys want to be like him. When Parker starts to get worried that she is living with the girl charmer of the school, Abby assured him it is just a bet, but what will happen when Abby is attracted to Travis. Well, she broke up with Parker and gave a chance to Travis, but she still felt bad that she liked Travis when she was with Parker. Abby resists the jealous issues Travis has but she still loves him because he will do anything for her, even getting a tattoo of the nickname he gave her 'Pigeon'. Many things happen and even when she meets Travis family and they now suddenly know that she is a famous gambler in the poker world. Even when her father comes looking for her to get money he owns someone else, she doesn't like to do it but goes to Las Vegas. Anything could happen in Las Vegas, like they say, "What happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas." What will happen...........
