Level 6 - Hot Heads
Killers who act in an impetuous moment, without marked psychopathic traits
Issei Sagawa in his childhood threw many tantrums. In 1981 Issei lured a dutch student, Renee Hartevelt, into his apartment where he shot her, sexually assualted her and then he ate her muscle tissue.
Issei was declared legally insane in France. He was sent back to his home country, Japan, where he was released from a mental institution in 1986. He is now a celebrity for writing many books and magazine articles about his life.
Donna Marie Wisener
Donna claimed she killed her father out of self defense, because she knew the abuse would just continue.
Michael Dewayne Jones, James Francis Edwards and Chancey Allen Luna
In 2013 3 boys were bored at home and decided they wanted to go kill someone. The 3 boys were driving around town when they spotted Christopher Lane, a 22 year old Austrailian college baseball player, jogging to go see his girlfriend. The 3 boys shot him in the back and fled.
James F. Edwards was 15 years old, Chancey A. Luna was 16 years old and Michael D. Jones was 17 years old. They were charged with murder and sentenced to life in prison.
Donna was always considered a girlishly calm individual. One day after coming home from school she had snapped, she used a .375 caliber revolver and shot her father in his head, hip, hand, back, and side, ending his life. Donna had not been the only one being abused and sexually assaulted by Glenn Wisener, she had known that her mother and step brother was to.
Issei was put into level 6 because he did his one kill on impulse, it was a spur of the moment kind of thing to him.
We think Donna was put into level six because she had snapped one day when her father was abusing her and decided to kill him later on that night.
We think they were put into level 6 because their killing was based on impulse, they were bored one day and thought that killing someone would bring them excitment with no consequence
