My Visit to JH London
Transcript of My Visit to JH London
Jesus House For All Nations
In February, JH Baltimore hosted the Annual East-Coast North America Province - 1 (ENAP-1) Leadership Conference, of which Pastor Agu Irukwu, Senior Pastor of Jesus House For All Nations - London, UK came with his team to speak to the leaders on the theme: "Equipping the Local Church"
As a result of this conference, I shared a few thoughts with Pastor Ghandi on areas I feel we could improve as a Church and make a greater impact, and so he recommended that I pay a visit to JH London, to learn a thing or two from the folks over there...
The following is a summary of my experience at JH London...
Pastor Sola Adeaga
Pastor Chizor Akisanya
My first day at Jesus House London started off with a discussion with Pastor Sola Adeaga the Church's Chief Operation Officer (COO)
My session Pastor Sola and Pastor Chizor then started with me asking them about how they ran their office, and this is what I learnt...
One of my first observations was how active the office was, and the number of staff that they had...They have an open floor plan with cubicles, only their Senior managers had actual offices, overall the office layout was quite impressive.
...and Pastor Chizor Akisanya the General Manager (GM).
They both welcomed me very well, and so did all the other staff that I encountered when I arrived - I felt extremely welcome and at home...
They hold 2 major staff meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Tuesdays meetings are for:
Management Training sessions
