BY: Diar Murtovic
The main allied powers were Russia (Soviet Union), France, Great Britain, and the United States. The original allies were Poland, France, and Russia. The main axis powers were Japan, Germany, and Italy
Who Were the Allies and Axis?
The main way World War II started was what was left behind from World War I. Another main way it started was the dictators, like Mussolini and Hitler, both part of the axis. The first fight was when Germany invaded Poland on September 1, 1939
How did World War II Start and End?
The country or nation with the most casualties was the Soviet Union (Russia), with 25,000,000
Which Country Suffered the Most Casualties?
The United States joined the war two years after it started, when Japan bombed Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941
When did our Country Come Into War?
Which Countries Won?
All of the allied countries won World War II, including Soviet Union, United States, Great Britain, France, and many more!
What Were the Nazis' main Motivation?
The Nazis' main motivation was "The Nazi Party", which blamed Jews for government anarchy and population. This resulted in arguments and death to over 8 million Jews.
What Were the Most Used Weapons?
Some of the most used weapons were the Thompson submachine gun, the M50 and M55, the PPSH-41, the Browning automatic rifle, the Sten, the Browning M1919, and the MG34.
How many Casualties were all around the World?
The total military casualties was about 72.5 MILLION PEOPLE!!!!
How did the Nazis Decline?
When France and Great Britain declared war on the Nazis, the decline was just starting. After the failed invasion on the Soviet Union, on June 6, 1944, United States, Great Britain, France, and the Soviet Union launched one of the largest military build-ups in history, which pushed Germany out of Western Europe. Hitler tried to invade Soviet Union again in 1944, and was almost killed by a bomb, and wasn't seen by public. Hitler committed suicide a few months later in a Berlin bunker
Did Adolf Hitler Really Commit Suicide?
A theory has proven that Hitler escaped the Berlin bunker in 1945, and lived the rest of his life in a hotel in Argentina, and lived to 1965. There was supposedly former hotel employees outside of the bunker who met Hitler when he escaped. I think this theory is false, and that Hitler committed suicide in 1945.
