When crafting your retention marketing campaign:
Use a compelling subject line; A/B test various options
Use a unique offer code for tracking purposes
Have a clear call-to-action
Test various offers and positioning; don't focus solely on price
Consider whether there is an opportunity for a pre-cancellation save
Don't be afraid of long copy (but test, test, test)
