Ivan and bob were Ruby's best friends and after Ivan designed the paintings for her, she was sent to a zoo to live the rest of her life. Ruby's traits inculde kind, sweet, respectful, nice, funny, and loveable and she soon learns to trust humans again, thanks to Ivan. Exit 8 Big Top Mall and Arcade, Home

Characters IVAN Ivan is a silverback gorilla. He lived in the Mall for 27 years before he was located to a zoo. His best friend is Bob and Ruby and he likes painting. He might not remember stuff easily like Stella, but he is sweet, kind and generous. Before he was captured, he lived with his twin sister, Tag, and his family and his actual name is Mud, because he liked to draw in the mud. He is the one and only Ivan. Bob is a stray dog. He has always lived around the Mall and always sleeps on Ivan's belly. Since his first day, he has always disliked humans. He is fast, smart, creative, funny, and loveable. Bob is Ivan's best friend and he is his and he is a perfect character in the One and Only Ivan. Other characters Other characters inculde Julia, a kind and loveable human, Mack, a cruel, but loveable Mall owner, George, Julia's dad, Stella, the other kind and loveable elephant, plus the zookeepers that helped Ivan get into his new home and Ivan and Ruby's family. Fact The One and Only Ivan is a work of fiction, but some of the characters are real. Ivan is real, he was captured in what is now the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Ivan's sister did die on the way to the U.S. and he didn't see another one of his kind of 27 years. He then was moved to Zoo Atlanta and spent the rest of his days there until August 20, 2012, the day he died at the age of 50. The rest of the characters, Bob, Ruby, Stella, and all the other characters were the work of fiction to make the story interesting.
I would recommen
