for international students SMU Centre for Counselling & Guidance SMU International Connections (ICON) – international students’ club under the SMU Students’ Association (SMUSA) MITB get-togethers, matriculation lunches and graduation dinners Student’s Pass For International Students Mandatory to have Student’s Pass in order to pursue course of study in Singapore

Only for full-time students in Singapore universities

SMU will assist in the application process, but students will need to pay processing and issuance fees to ICA  at least S$ 90

General processing time = 5 working days
