WHAT ARE ORTHOTICS?
Orthotics are devices that assist in bracing the skeleton
They can be anything from a simple insole worn in a shoe, to a frame that is used to support the head if the neck is broken.
HOW DO THEY WORK?
If you imagine that the skeleton is like scaffolding..........

If it is NOT stable at any point, then it will be shaky and liable to collapse - the same is true with the skeleton
SO IS THIS JUST MY FEET?
Absolutely not! Many problems that develop in the feet, ankles, knees, hips, spine and neck, may be a result of this issue, and orthotics are used to resolve the root cause of the problem, not simply act as a temporary pain relief.
We offer a FREE and NO OBLIGATION initial consultation....
This will be with a qualified and experienced Orthotist, who has many years experience working both in the NHS and in Private Practice.

We will then inform you of your best course of action in order to reduce pain, prevent trips and falls, or generally increase your overall mobility.
We also offer a range of specialist and bespoke footwear alternatives, including the fantastic range of Flopthotics
Take a leaflet from the dispenser below for more details....
