5)Environments What is community and Service? Community and service is the way we make contributions to our community. It's also the way that we reach a hand to help others in our community. Community and service is basically what it sounds like in the name. We provide service to our community. Community and Service Health and Social Education includes having knowledge, having good skills, having a good attitude, and having key values. Health and Social Education also includes the way that someone acts, or their attitude. This specific area of interaction is about development in attitude and personality. Health and Social Education Human Ingenuity deals with the creation and creativity of a human being. Human Ingenuity also deals with the impact creativity can have on society. This specific area of interaction deals with allowing one to create and transform. Human Ingenuity Approaches to learning deals with how we learn best. It also deals with communicating what one has understood from what they have learned. Some key skills needed for this Area of Interaction are: Communicating, Reflecting, Learning, Collaboration, thinking skills, and Understanding. Approaches to Learning Environments deals with the following questions;
Where do we live? What are some supplies or resources needed in our environment? What are our responsibilities for our environment? This Area of Interaction deals with being responsible and taking action. Environments MYP stands for Middle Years Program. Here is a clip that talks about what MYP is. What is MYP? 3A Communications Areas Of Interaction Throughout quarter one of Professional Communications, I learned about a wide variety of topics. I learned more about the five Areas of Interactions. I also learned about MYP throughout quarter one. Throughout various projects, I learned to have a better understanding of the Microsoft programs. What have I learned? With what I have learned, I have been able to get a better understanding of my school's curriculum. I also learned more about MYP and more about all five of the Areas of Interaction. Also by having a sharper knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs, I have been able to demonstrate ways of communicating my information in different forms. What is the importance of what I have learned? With the information I have leaned, I will be able to communicate information about my school fore efficiently. I will be able to explain what exactly MYP is. Also, knowing about the Microsoft programs will allow me to do future projects more dexterously. What can I do with what I have learned?
