"Begin with the Determined Target" is the first creation that is about the vision and "Put First things First" is the second one, the physical creation.
Habit 4:
Life as a cooperative arena, not a competitive one.
To creates an atmosphere of caring, and positive problem solving, you have to focus to listen and comprehend to others.

-->Be a proactive person for your choice which is you have to take responsibility.
Instead of reacting to or worrying about conditions over which they have little or no control, proactive people focus their time and energy on things they can control.
--> You should focus on your Circle of Influence that you can do something about: health, problems at work, etc...
Habit 2:
--> You must to make your plan for success and move your ideas into the real world to create your own destiny.
Habit 3:
--> You have to determine your targets, values, roles, and priorities, etc... What "first things" are. After that you focus on your highest priorities.
