AJ's abc scientific book A Atmosphere : it's the gaseous envelope surrounding the earth, the air. whhat it does for people and earth is basicaly helps us from getting burned by the sun B Biology: The science of life and of living organisms, including their structure, function, growth, origin, evolution, and distribution. What is does for earth is it helps scientist find out what are wrong with organiims so that humans can stay alive. C Carbon dioxide :is a chemical compound composed of two oxygen atoms covalently bonded to a single carbon atom. It is a gas at standard temperature and pressure and exists in Earth's atmosphere in this state. What is does for earth is helps plants out during the prossese of photosynthesis. Which ends up helping humans stay alive. D Density: The mass per unit volume of a substance under specified conditions of pressure and temperature. what density does for earth is Our entire Earth is structured around the densities of the materials which make it up. One property of density is that it determines the way materials in a mixture are sorted. This property of matter results in the layering and structure of Earth's atmosphere, water, crust, and interior. It also help wit hte currents of the ocean.
E Element: A substance that cannot be reduced to simpler substances by normal chemical means and that is composed of atoms having an identical number of protons in each nucleus. What it does for the earth is it gives us all these chemicals to surfive and so the sun does not burn us. F Force : is the amount of pressure placed on an object. It can be looked at as a "push" or "pull" to see it another way. What it does for earth is it helps the world rotate and helps with all the tides and it has to deal with gravity. G Gravity : The natural force of attraction exerted by a celestial body, such as Earth, upon objects at or near its surface, tending to draw them toward the center of the body. What it does for is it helps the worl stay in tact. Also so things stay on the ground and not just fly up to space. H Helium : It is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, inert monatomic gas that heads the noble gas group in the periodic table. Its boiling and melting points are the lowest among the elements and it exists only as a gas except in extreme conditions. What it does for earth is Helium has the lowest melting point of any element and is widely used in cryogenic research because its boiling point is close to absolute zero. Also, the element is vital in the study of super conductivity.

I Ion : is an atom or molecule in which the total number of electrons is not equal to the total number of protons, giving it a net positive or negative electrical charge. What it does for earth is gives us all this stuff that we can do new things. J Joul : It is the energy exerted by the force of one newton acting to move an object through a distance of one metre. In terms of dimensions. What it does for earth is the Winter Solstice occurs exactly when the Earth's axial tilt is farthest away. K Kelvin : is a unit increment of temperature and is one of the seven SI base units. The Kelvin scale is a thermodynamic (absolute) temperature scale referenced to absolute zero, the theoretical absence of all thermal energy. What it does for earth is give us another way of telling the tempature. Also The four smaller inner planets, Mercury , Venus , Earth and Mars , kelvins, while their phase depends on the ambient pressure and temperature. L Lithosphere : is the rigid outermost shell of a rocky planet. It comprises the crust and the portion of the upper mantle that behaves elastically on time scales of thousands of years or greater. What it does for the earth is the boundary between the lithosphere and the underlying asthenosphere is defined by a difference in response to stress M Molecule : is defined as an electrically neutral group of at least two atoms in a definite arrangement held together by very strong covalent chemical bonds. What it does for Earth itself, contain many chemical bonds, but are not made of identifiable molecules. N Nitorgen : is a chemical element that has the symbol N, atomic number of 7. Elemental nitrogen is a colorless, odorless, tasteless and mostly inert diatomic. What it does for the earth is The four smaller inner planets, Mercury , Venus , Earth and Mars , ... liquid nitrogen Triton is the only large satellite with a retrograde orbit. O Oxygen : At standard temperature and pressure, oxygen is a colorless, odorless gas with the molecular formula O2, in which the two oxygen atoms are chemically bonded to each other with a spin triplet electron configuration. This bond has a bond order of two, and is often simplified in description as a double bond7 or as a combination of one two-electron bond and two three-electron bonds. What it does for earth is plants have it and the transfom it into carbon dioxide. It also help humans breath along with other things. P Periodic Table : is a tabular display of the chemical elements.
What it does for thhe earth is tell us all the element in a chart that scientist have discover it also helps us with knowing what elements we can mix. Q Quasar : is a very energetic and distant galaxy with an active galactic nucleus. They are the most luminous objects in the universe. Quasars were first identified as being high redshift sources of electromagnetic energy, including radio waves and visible light, that were point-like, similar to stars, rather than extended sources similar to galaxies. What it does for earth is astronomers who believed quasars were not at cosmological distances hydrogen between the quasar and the earth create Lyman alpha . R Radiation : describes any process in which energy travels through a medium or through space, ultimately to be absorbed by another body. Non physicists often associate the word ionizing radiation. What radiation does for earth is it bascilly give us infered light. S Salt : is a mineral that is composed primarily of sodium chloride. It is essential for animal life in small quantities, but is harmful to animals and plants in excess. What it does for earth is keep the ocans salty. haha. T Temperature : is a thermodynamic quantity that is related to the average energy of motion, or kinetic energy, of particles in matter. Waht it does for earth is keeps it cold or hot. U Universe : comprises everything perceived to exist physically, the entirety of space and time, and all forms of matter and energy. What it does for earth is evrything. V Volt : Vois the SI derived unit of electromotive force, commonly called "voltage".[1] It is also the unit for the related but slightly different quantity electric potential difference. What it does for earth is it creates electricity. W Watt : is a derived unit of power in the International System of Units. Also the unit measures the rate of energy conversion. It is defined as one joule per second. What it does for earth is another type of electricity. X Xray : is a form of electromagnetic radiation. X-rays have a wavelength in the range of 10 to 0.01 nanometers, corresponding to frequencies in the range 30 petahertz to 30 exahertz. What it does for earth is gives us another type of radiation and tells us if there are any broken bones. Z Zinc : also known as spelter, is a metallic chemical element; it has the symbol Zn and atomic number 30. It is the first element in group 12 of the periodic table. What it does for the earth is it gives us different types of metals to use.
