How do we bruise
We bruise when the soft tissue of your body gets injured but your skin doesn't break.
Why do we bruise
We bruise when the soft tissue of your body is impacted and breaks but the skin doesn't break.Tiny blood vessels break and leak red blood cells when impacted.Depending upon were they collect and how many red blood cells there are your bruise may be black,blue,red, or purple.To keep your blood vessels stronger you need to keep your heart healthy
So that's why we bruise
