Not all singing off the same song sheet
Concerned with their own personal goals rather than team goals
On the team just for status
Not in touch with team needs
Working on tasks that can wait
Perhaps not aware or just dont care
Members are not goal driven
ARE WE ALL COMMITTED?
DO WE TRUST EACH OTHER?
ARE WE ALL STRIVING FOR TEAM SUCCESS?
DO WE HAVE CONSTRUCTIVE CONFLICT?
ARE WE ACCOUNTABLE TO ONE ANOTHER?
We aren't speaking up
There is too much silence without follow up
Some team members are unapproachable
Team members who look to make an example of other members in front of the team
Even though members may disagree, nothing is said
When an issue is brought to light, the challenge is short lived when one party insists they are correct
We seldom challenge each other
Don't like to communicate openly
Members don't believe anything is their fault
Cannot do their job right because of someone or something else
No one will call anyone else out
We are afraid to dig to find out why
Members have other agendas, including personal
Ideas are there, but not shared
Committed to our own goals
Level of engagement is not adequate
Effort level is selective, and not based on team success
Avoid spending time with the team
Hesitate to ask for or offer help
Fail to provide constructive feedback
