Transcript of Hypnosis

Hypnosis Hypnosis is a benificial treatment for people in need of certain therapies, like smoking habits, drug addictions, depression, sleeping issues, and others as well. Hypnosis can heal the mind of different phobias and fears, which could help in our comunity. Stress can also be released by hyponsis as well, which many would like to get rid of. Hypnosis can can permantly change habits like smoking or drug addictions. I think more of our country would be smoke and drug free if they just went to hypnothrepists. Hypnosis is a relaxing state were postitive moods or feelings are increased or created. Hypnosis was invented by a man named Dr. Milton Erickson in the 1950s and 1960s and has been used continuously ever since. Research over the last 40 years shows that hypnotonic techniques are safe and effective and are still growing today. Hypnotherapy can also treat headaches and ease the pain of child birth. Pains like these can be very stressful. This threapy has also been proved to help concentration and study habits. These skills can also come in handy during life. When hypnoized you are conscious and aware of your surroundings, its a deep transe of relaxation and is perfectly safe for anyone. With negative feelings in your mind it can create depression and anger . Going all day with something like that in your mind can quickly drain energy and make it feel like heavy weights are around your ankles slowing you down. Hypnosis is great for children and elders as well and is scientifically proven to be an all around great treatment. Thank you very much. Research suggests that about one in ten of us cannot enter a hypnotic state but of the 90% some 10% can enter a trance so deep that it is possible to perform surgery without conventional anesthetics. It is hard for people to get rid of addictions but this can help.
