WHY ARE WE FOCUSING ON QUALITY IMPROVEMENT?
Giving every person a voice and a way to make a difference

Aimed at raising awareness of QI and giving a taster of our improvement approach.

We are focusing on building improvement skills at every level of our workforce.
Over the next two years, staff will be trained at pace on a large scale.

Over the next two years, we'll be giving 400+ people the skills to lead improvement.
The first wave of training started on
