WHY ARE WE FOCUSING ON QUALITY IMPROVEMENT?
Giving every person a voice and a way to make a difference
Over
1000
people have attended QI events over the last 6 months.
Aimed at raising awareness of QI and giving a taster of our improvement approach.
Photos from our launch event and recent roadshows.
We are focusing on building improvement skills at every level of our workforce.

Over the next two years, staff will be trained at pace on a large scale.

Accessible from anywhere - via your PC, smartphone or tablet.
Open to everyone in the organisation
Learn about the different principles involved in quality improvement.
Training
Over the next two years, we'll be giving 400+ people the skills to lead improvement.

The first wave of training started on
30 July 2014
with the next wave kicking off on
7 Jan 2015

Everyone being trained will be expected to learn through leading a
live
improvement project in their team.
