Focus words on...Positive language... "I can"..."I will" ..."I prefer" ... "I take responsibility" ... "I CHOOSE!" Everything you do is FOCUSED on ... MISSION - SET of GOALS - ACTION PLAN organize and complete things from most important and least important to you Agreements or solutions are mutually beneficial or satisfying Requires a deep change in communication patterns
Actively listen with the intent to UNDERSTAND... not with the intent to REPLY.
