Transcript of Natural approach

Natural approach
What is it?
Natural approach is a method of language teaching where they create a stress-free environment where learners can learn when they are ready for it.
Recommendations
- comprehensible input
- use visual aids
- use plenty of vocabulary
- focus should be on listening and reading during the lessons
- meaningful communication

The natural approach is developed by Tracy Terell & Stephen Krashen.
Example of the natural approach
This is a quite long and messy movie but it shows exactly how the natural approach is used.

The natural approach is often used by new language learners.
The method is very personal and it's all based on communication.
You have to speak the language you are learning, this is because you will create a big vocabulary and you will get confident while speaking it.
