How to do a back handspring! Al Criteser 1st step in a back handspring is to sit back Sit back on you heals but don’t
exaggerate, keep your toes down! 2nd step is to jump back and reach Jump all the way through your toes
until your legs are straight and toes are pointed 3rd step is to hand stand
then snap down Sit back like you are
sitting in a chair Keep chest up and
do not lean forward. Make sure you swing your arms
hard to right by your head and
are straight or you will fall on
your face. Reach back like a rainbow.
Do not jump up or you will
undercut and it will hurt. In middle of your back handspring you
should hit a straight, strong handstand
position but only for .2seconds. As you finish you need to begin to snap down.
To snap down have to us you upper body strength, shrug your shoulders, push through
the shoulders and whip your hips and legs down Right before your feet hit the ground,
began to left your chest up therefore
it is easier on your ankles and it makes
