and lower prices after 2 pm on weekends.

- Create a Golf Academy at the (YOUR FACILITY).
- Send out my golf lessons to all members via e-mails from my web site called teachinggolfonline.com.

INVENTORY OF EQUIPMENT AND PRODUCTS:

Work with the Superintendent to do the following:

- Work together with the Superintendent of the (YOUR FACILITY) for their recommendations and expertise on course management.
- Develop a written plan to make sure all is done correctly and efficiently during the year.
- Learn and share videos with employees from experts on www.youtube.com.
- Analyse soil, air rating , using the best products.
- Prepare the course for the winter months.
- Shovel the snow in the spring.
- Remove ice build up on the greens during the winter months.

DRIVING RANGE:

- Provide equipment: balls, baskets, nets, ball pickers.
- Provide a great income opportunity for the (YOUR FACILITY).
- Provide a facility to introduce new members to the game.
- Provide a great addition for your Club.

POTENTIAL REVENUE FOR THE CLUB HAVING A DRIVING RANGE:

- Very conservative.
- 200 members X $200 (3 baskets a day) = $40,000
- 50 baskets a day X $5.00 a bucket X 100 days = $25,000


IF THE Golf CLUB HAS A DRIVING RANGE:

- Create a Golf Academy.
- Offer year round golf lessons.
- Offer 3 and 5 day programs for outside golfers.
- Offer accommodations with local hotels/motels and other activities.
GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE:

- Apply for employment grants.

- Create jobs in order to provide programs to help develop new and innovative ideas on how to improve the (YOUR FACILITY) and to build a driving range etc.

- Meet with MLAS and other government officials to help the Club with programs availability and to create jobs.

RESTAURANT OU BISTRO:

- Utiliser la vue sur la mer pour attirer les clients potentiels.
- Offrir un excellent endroit pour socialiser et avoir un excellent repas avec des partenaires d'affaires et amis au club. Un restaurant ou bistrot, un autre revenu potentiel est un must au Club.
RADIO AND TELEVISION:

- Work with radio stations to offer a weekly chronicle on golf.
- Provide ¨Golf Tip of the Week¨ and let people know what is going on at the (YOUR FACILITY) during the week.
- Approach your local radio stations and all radio stations throughout the province to inform them of all news activities happening at the Club.

Example: In the past, I was talking on the radio 3 times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The more people that hears about golf, the more they will get involved and create more businesses for the (YOUR FACILITY).

The same can be done on television, community billboards and others.

PROUD TO BE PART OF THE (YOUR FACILITY):

- Create an ambiance that members and guests
are proud of.
- Create activities and events.
- Promote on a regular basis all achievements
by members and staff.

Examples: Jane had a birdy on number 4 today
and John made a hole in one yesterday.
E-MAIL MARKETING:

- Prepare and send group e-mails at no cost.
- Prepare and send promotional information to all members and guests.
-Prepare and send thank you e-mails to guests and invite them and friends back to enjoy the (YOUR FACILITY) facilities.




WEBSITES:

- Rebuild a Wordpress Web Site, free of charge hosting, for the (YOUR FACILITY) including actual pictures and activities regarding the Club.

- Update web sites for members and guests.
ADVERTISEMENTS ON POWER CARTS:

- Contact local businesses for a chance to promote themselves on the (YOUR FACILITY) power carts at a fee or an exchange of services.
- Provide golfers with a list of activities promoted on these carts.
PROVINCIAL TOURISM ASSOCIATIONS:

- Work with Tourism Associations, the Chamber of Commerce and local hotels/motels to get all the resources in order to implement more traffic at the (YOUR FACILITY).

- Prepare golf packages for outside golfers:
3 and 5 day programs of golf lessons and golfing at the Club.
TOURNAMENTS AND CLUB EVENTS:

- Recruit events and provide great deals throughout the year. This will help to fill dead time during the season.
- Visit local businesses and offer days of golf with meals and night entertainments.
-Contact different associations to find out if they wish to use the (YOUR FACILITY) facilities, at a special rate, in order to do a fund raiser for different research foundations and/or other events.
- Organize and advertize by social medias and web sites all activities.

You can have the best golf club and restaurant in town but if nobody knows about it, it won't be successfull.
I will make sure the
(YOUR FACILITY)
is well known together with its restaurant giving the location, menus, prices and entertainments.

FAX MACHINES:

Faxes are still being used in lots of companies. This is a great way to advertise the (YOUR FACILITY) services and products at no cost.

- Input all fax numbers of local businesses in the Club's marketing system.
- Advertise all meal specials, wedding and funeral receptions, meetings and tournament events.
- Prepare and send faxes of all activities every week.

TOUS LES EMPLOYÉS DU CLUB:

Ils sont l'épine dorsale de l'entreprise. Ils doivent être traités avec respect et dignité. Ils seront formés et supervisés en fonction de leurs fonctions. Un employé heureux est un employé productif. Le travail en équipe est très important pour l'entreprise. Nous allons promouvoir des services de qualité et d'exposer les nouveaux employés à des formations.
UNIFORMES POUR LES EMPLOYÉS:

Aider les employés à se démarquer dans la foule afin qu'ils puissent facilement être reconnus pour les services qu'ils fournissent. Ces uniformes non seulement leur faire sentir fiers, mais aussi avoir un effet imposant sur les autres et peut changer l'humeur des gens autour d'eux.

UN SENTIMENT D'APPARTENANCE:

Si tous les employés portent la même tenue, ils partagent un sentiment d'appartenance, faisant partie d'une grande famille, qui peut autrement être difficile à atteindre.

Les gens qui portent des uniformes semblent être plus attentionné pour les clients et leurs collègues. Ils représentent l'établissement, l'employeur pour qui ils travaillent. Uniformes sont très importants et favorise les traits qui sont très nécessaires pour une personne comme un individu et une organisation dans son ensemble pour se développer et prospérer.
CANTINE MOBILE:

- Former le personnel.
- Superviser et / ou le menu préparer.
- Superviser inventaire.
- Apprenez les règles du golf.
- Enseigner les aspects de sécurité du véhicule.
- Enseignez etiquettes du golf.
REPARATIONS DE L'ÉQUIPEMENT DE GOLF:

- Les manches et les tiges.
- etc...

RULES AND ETIQUETTES:

- Prepare and present a seminar on rules and etiquettes every year for members and guests.
GOLF VACATIONS:

- Organise group golf vacations for all members and guests during winter months, possibly in Florida or other golf destinations.
- Teach golf lessons in the mornings and play golf in the afternoons.
PLAYING GOLF WITH MEMBERS:

- Help with their golf game.
- Provide tips on how to improve their game.
- Provide more tips on etiquettes and rules of golf.
TEAM WORK:

- Work with the committees, Superintendent, Bar and Restaurant Manager, Accountant and all other staff members to make sure they work as a team.
- My first priority for the (YOUR FACILITY) would be to make sure that all departments work efficiently and at their full potential.


SUGGESTIONS:

We are welcoming new suggestions and/or new ideas from members, guests and the public on how to improve the (YOUR FACILITY) facilities. What are the things you would like to see added on to what already exist at the Club?

- Place a suggestion box at the Proshop.
- Review suggestions once a week.
- Bring forward to the committee any new ideas/suggestions.
- Keep members informed of the decisions made.
ACCOMODATIONS NEEDED FOR DIFFERENT EVENTS:

-Contact different motels/hotels to see if they are interested in having their products advertized at the (YOUR FACILITY) and in return providing the Club with better rates for the members and guests.

Example: For wedding and funeral receptions, tournaments, meetings, we could tell these individuals that we can provide them with better rates at certain motels/hotels, if they book their event with the (YOUR FACILITY).


PARTNERSHIP WITH DIFFERENT GOLF CLUBS:

- Negotiate with different golf clubs, special rates for members using their facilities.
- Organize tournaments with different golf clubs in order to have more golfers come and enjoy the (YOUR FACILITY).
- Prepare flyers with lists of activities, special rates for accomodations, golf lessons, playing golf and weekend rates.
SOCIAL MEDIAS:

- Prepare, organize and update a Facebook fan page and a Twitter page for members and guests.
- Organize contests to better expose the (YOUR FACILITY) to the public.
- Promote all events on the (YOUR FACILITY) Facebook fan page and Twitter page.
- Organize ``Green Fee Draws`` when the page receives 500 likes on Facebook.
