This is done through managers delegating tasks to employees Employees becoming more motivated therefore higher productivity levels decisions being made by the person who is doing the work therefore the decision making process is quicker Staff developing greater skills and increased pay and training for staff The organisation will run more efficiently as good decisions are taken quickly Staff will become more motivated as they feel like they play an important role in the business There will be an improvement in communication as fewer managers are required Questions What affect may empowerment have on an organisation?
