Ode to Enchanted Light

Chile's most acclaimed poet
Wrote mostly about nature and meditation
He won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1971
About the Author:
The son of a railroad worker and a school teacher
Although just a poet, he became a larger-than-life figure and an inspiration to many!
July 12, 1904 – September 23, 1973
Always wrote in green ink as it was the colour of hope

This is a perfect photograph of what I think this poem is representing. Pictured above are a few rays of sunlight that have somehow snuck their way through the dense layers of the rainforest, and made it to the ground. Because of all the foliage it is hard for the light to reach this far so when it does it is special. The light is now "enchanted" as it is a rarity to reach such a clearing in the rainforest.
