A visual journey through JIRA 7 Schemes of JIRA Controls which issue type are valid in a project. Issue Type Scheme (A subset of issue types) Defines which workflow is used for each issue type. Workflow Scheme ex. Bug Issue -> Bug Workflow Defines which fields are part of each issue type Field Configuration Scheme ex. Bug Issue -> Bug Field Configuration Defines which fields are part of each issue type Issue Type Screen Scheme ex. Bug Issue -> Bug Field Configuration A simple arrangement of fields Screen (Displayed when an issue is created, edited or transitioned through workflow.) Controls who receives what email about changes to JIRA issues Notification Scheme Who is allowed to do what to a JIRA issue Permission Scheme ex. Create Issues, Edit Issues Managing Users in JIRA Users, Groups, Roles Roles Associate users and/or groups with specific projects. ex.
