Romeo & Juliet
Act 1-- Sunday
Capulet and Montague are old enemies and they cannot remember why (1.1.69-74).

Romeo and Juliet meet for the first time (1.5.91-98).
Act 2-- Monday
Romeo and Juliet plans to get married, so Juliet sends Nurse for Romeo's message (2.2.127). But the nurse resists although shortly after she gives in (2.5.48-49).

Romeo & Juliet gets married by Friar Laurence (2.6.35-37).
Act 4-- Wednesday
Juliet goes to Friar for help and he conjures up a plan that will get her out of marrying Paris (4.1.76-120).

Doubts start to stir in Juliet's mind before she takes the potion(4.3.20-56).
Act 3-- Tuesday
Mercutio and Tybalt battle (3.1.79-81).

Romeo kills Tybalt in a battle afterward (3.1.123-130).

Capulet arranges for Juliet to marry Paris on Thursday (3.4.19-21).
Act 5-- Thursday
Friar's letter does not get to romeo in time, instead Balthazar gives Romeo the news of Juliet's "death" (5.1.12-23).
Cause & Effect
Act 1--Sunday
Romeo and Juliet are prematurely split by their names (1.5.136-138).

They fall in love at first sight, not knowing each other is the enemy (1.5.115-116) (1.5.136-138).
Act 2-- Monday
After falling in love at first sight they want to get married (2.3.94).

Both the Capulet and Montague families are combined by this marriage (but unknowingly at first) (2.3.90-92).
Act 3-- Tuesday
Tybalt slays Mercutio, killing him (3.1.86).

Romeo slaying Tybalt dooms the already difficult marriage between Romeo & Juliet (3.1.183-184).

Juliet is already married to Romeo so she cannot marry Paris (3.5.235-242).
Act 4-- Wednesday
Juliet decides to take the potion despite her doubts (4.3.57).

Nurse finds Juliet dead in the morning (4.4.29-45).
Act 5--Thursday
Romeo believes Juliet is dead so he kills himself (5.3.101-120).

Juliet kills herself (5.3.160-166)(5.3.169-170).
Act 5-- Thursday
Alas the two families are peacefully united by lover's deaths. The Capulets and Montagues join hands in remembering their loved ones and the 2 star crossed lovers, Romeo & Juliet (5.3.296-304).
