Any criminal act dealing with computers, networks or hacking, on the internet.

- pretending to be legitimate companies

-deliberately commit wrongful deception to gain personal or financial gain
-seems authentic when you look at it

-purposely altering or deleting files
-looking at files or copying files
-no user consent
-accessed through spam emails or other files
Sending a mass amount of messages to a group of individuals for advertising. Spam can be a type of harassment
