company history
minecraft started to develop in 2009 and it wasn’t until late 2010 we started the company mojang, Notch worked on minecraft alone until then. mojang was started by Markus “notch” Persson and Jens “jeb” Bergenström. Neither one of them wanted to be the CEO because they didn’t want the company to get between them, so they hired Carl Manneh as Mojangs CEO.
Mojang was started after Notch went on a paid business trip and a offer to work for valve with the development of minecraft, Notch denied the offer and started Mojang.

Cobalt
Cobalt is a game created by Oxeye Game Studio but published by Mojang. A sidescrolling platform game that is currently in alpha stage. With a big variety of game modes and things to do it will probably reach far.

They've also recently developed a new game called "Scrolls" which is a game they thought the gaming market was missing, a card game combined with the normal board games. A unique idea that fits alot of people interested in old games with new mechanics.
Mojangs are of business is games. They have no specifik style or genre, but they are very creative with their ideas of games especially their most popular one, minecraft which has an astonishing number of copies sold (over 14 million!) each costing as of now 27 dollars each. Some people claim that he copied or stole the idea of an even older game but Notch (Markus Persson) made it even better and bigger and that is the reason it got so big.

Cancelled games
Mojang also has a cancelled game called 0x10c, a sandbox science fiction game Markus Persson announced in april 2012, the game later got postponed and cancelled because of Markus loss in interest of making the game.

The game has no trailer made by Mojang either.

The last published draft on the website for the game was in november 2012 about the graphics of the game. And the game is no longer purchaseable.
