What is a Service?
custom or legacy code that is wrapped by the service
code, usually event-driven, responsible for processing messages passed into and returned by the service
This is the service’s public interface. It is defined by a Web Service Description Language (WSDL) document and one or more XML Schema Documents (XSD). The contract may also include a WS-Policy definition.
