When playing a game of soccer, there are a few simple rules you have to follow:

You can not touch the ball with your arms, hands, or shoulders, unless you are the goalie.

When playing the game, you can not foul another player, or be offside. This could result in a direct kick, or an indirect kick.

Throw-in: When the soccer ball has gone out of bounds, the team that last touched the ball loses possession and the opposing team gets to throw-in the ball from the point where the ball crossed out of bounds.

Corner kick: When the defending team last touches the ball and it crosses the goal line (and not scoring a goal), the opposing team gets to kick the ball from the corner of the field.

Goal kick: When the offensive team last touches the ball before it crosses the goal line, the goalie gets to kick the ball from the goal box

My Favorite Sport
Ever since I was four years old, I have always had a passion for Soccer. I love the skill, and mental activity it takes, just to score a goal. Each thought, and motion you make, counts. For example, when making a pass, you have to make sure you kick the ball at exactly the right moment, or the ball could end up behind the other player's feet, or too far in front of the other player's feet. When in a Soccer game, I often don't notice the crowd, because I am too wrapped up in the game.
Soccer would have to be my favorite sport, because of its excitement, and energy.
