Look & Smell Your Best!
A clean body looks and smells clean.

What are some ways you can keep your body smelling clean?
Hair Hygiene
Healthy teeth are an important part of a healthy YOU!

Wear Clean Clothes
* Clothes that have been worn before, especially when you've been exercising can SMELL bad!

* Being clean and looking tidy helps you feel good about yourself!
KEEPING YOUR BODY CLEAN & HEALTHY
1. Take a bath or shower often
2. Take care of your hair
2. Brush your teeth
3. Wear clean clothes

Your scalp produces OIL.

Use shampoo to break down oil and remove dirt. If your hair is long, conditioner makes it softer and easier to comb.

Brush/comb your hair every morning.
Taking Care of Your Teeth
Problems with Teeth & Gums
- Cavities
- Gum disease
- Bad breath
- Teeth that are not taken care of can hurt!
Wash Your Hands
Washing your hands often is the best way to keep yourself healthy!
