(Chief Happiness Officer) Sharp (2007) states that "happiness is not dependent on wealth or success, it is based on how you live your life - everyday." Most people aim at nothing in life and hit with amazing accuracy (Sharp 2007, p. 22) Dr Timothy Sharp is a Positive Psychologist who focuses on clinical and coaching psychology. He established The Happiness Institute in September 2003 and it has helped thousands of individuals live better lives, and hundreds of teams and organisations flourish. The CHOOSE Happiness Model This model was developed by Dr Timothy Sharp (Dr Happy), founder and CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) of The Happiness Institute.
