Coco Chanel More Educational Background:
In 1990 Coco moved to a local convent school where she had been taught to sew and with these skills found work as a dress maker. She began as a shoe keeper. She made an attempt to sing and dance with in mind to make a career in theater business, but the plan had backfired because she was never offered a contract. Educational background:
Jeanne, Coco's mother, died February 16Th 1895 simply because of exhaustion and overwork, at the age of 33. At 12 years old, Coco and her sisters were sent to an orphanage by their father Albert, after the death of their mother. It was ran by the sisters of the Congregation of the Sacred Heart of Mary at Aubazine. How Designer got started: When she was 22 years old she had met Etienne Balsan, which was a horse breeder and later on her future husband. He had given her money to open her first shop in 1910. The store was called "Chanel Modes". A French actress wore her hats which helped establish a reputation for Coco. Besides her fashion line, in today society, many people buy her fragrance and handbags. She also sells things like makeup, jewelery, and watches. Around 18-50 because of the variety of the products she distributes. For example, her handbags and purses draw attention to a younger generation while some of the clothing is for a much older group.
Facts About Coco:
-Coco had invented the "little Black Dress" in 1926.

-She is credited with popularizing the concept of "costume jewelry" in 1920. What she did was she had mixed fake pearls with real stones.

-She also introduced the idea of using jersey fabric to create clothing which was typically used for men undergarments.

-Introduced her first perfume in 1922. What made it so special was she was the first to mix natural and artificial scents.
