There are 3 kinds of rocks.
Igneous
Sedimentary
Metamorphic
Igneous rocks
come from magma.
The lava cools
and hardens to become
igneous rock.
Sedimentary rocks are
dust, plants, bones, and
tiny rocks pressed together.
