Self concept is an individual's knowledge about him or herself, including strengths and weaknesses. It's more realistic and less fragile. It helps us understand that not everyone is good at everything. To explicate, I can own up to my mistakes because I'm not perfect.
Module 1( Be bold, be brave enough to take a risk)
Module 2(Fear is a strong motivator)
Being antisocial means that an individual has a long time pattern of manipulating, exploiting, or violeting the rights of others. Its often dangerous. It can be dangerous if not given psychological help. It's not avoiding people, its about not caring about societal norms.
Module 3(We all live with the objective of being happy, our lives are all different and yet the same)
A stressor is a stimulus that causes stress. Teens undergo a majority of stressors. From family to friends, they all have an effect. I learned about the different techniques of copying with stress.
Module 4( oh, the anticipation is killing me)
Anxiety is part of life. Whether it's a crucial soccer match, speech, or solo concert performance, stressful events produce physical and emotional symptoms. This concept applies to my life because everyone goes through it at some point. From phobias to panic disorders, we all go through it. No one is perfect.
Module 5( Anxiety is like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do, but it doesnt get you very far.
The aging process also includes inevitable physical changes. As we age, our strength decreases, our organs don't function quite as efficiently, and our reflexes aren't quite as responsive. we all know that we are going to die someday. we all age differently and it depends on a lot of things including our diets. i've learned that i should not take anything for granted. Everybody dies but not everybody lives. its better to say "sorry" instead of "i should have".
