Using templates and creating your portfolio
PORTFOLIO
How to put together your portfolio in PebblePad

TEMPLATES
Log in to PebblePad with your University log in details
(www.pebblepad.co.uk).
Click 'Resource Centre' (the star) and within the box that pops up, click 'For me'.
Select the relevant attributes template, for example 'Communications', and click 'use'.
Give your template a title and fill it in.
To attach supporting evidence...
Click 'add new' on the homepage menu bar; click 'file', name it and click 'browse'. Remember to tick the box recognising that it is your own work.
Under the 'Evidence' section of the template, click the rosette and click 'browse for evidence'.
Select the uploaded file from the 'Asset Store' that pops up.
Briefly describe the evidence if appropriate and select whether the evidence 'fully supports' or 'partially supports' the claim.
Save and close the template. It will now appear in your 'Asset Store' under the 'By me' tab.
To make any changes, go to your 'Asset Store', click on the saved version of the template and click 'edit'.
How to open and use templates
in PebblePad
Click 'Resource Centre' and click the 'For me' tab.
Select 'Hull Employability Awards Portfolio template' and click 'use'.
Give your template a title.
Select which attributes you have completed from each of the sections.
In each section, click the evidence rosette and click 'browse for evidence'.
Select the relevant completed attribute template, for example 'put theory into practice.'
Save and close the template. It will now appear in your 'Asset Store' under the 'By me' tab.
To make any changes, go to your 'Asset Store', click on the saved version of the template and click 'edit'. Please remember that adding to your portfolio should be a continual process.
