Habit Two: Begin With the End in Mind Objectives In Closing It gives us personal direction, which will guide our daily activities and choices.
It allows us to control our ability of personal leadership, and we are able to take control of our lives!
Without doing this, we have the tendency to not accomplish our goals. What it means to begin with the end in mind: We must begin at the center, of our center of influence.
What is the lens through which you see the world?
The best way to do this is to look closely at
your life-supported factors.
Power At The Center As you envision keeping the end in mind you can gain the ability to do what you cannot presently see.
Recognizing that all things are created twice, will give you a solid point of reference to envision the end.
The physical creation follows the mental, just as a building follows a blueprint.
Having a mission statement reflects your vision and values, which allows you to visualize and affirm your beliefs. Principles of Personal Leadership What does keeping the end in mind mean to you? requires you to look at things with a different perspective! Begin with the end in mind All Things Are Created Twice! We create them first in our minds, then we strive to bring them to our physical reality. Taking control of our first creation, allows us to write or rewrite our own script.
This gives us control and accountability for our lifes product.
We can also write our scripts through thoughts and principles. By Design or Default What are the 3 major facets of our personal and business management? 1. Leadership: What do I/we want to accomplish?
2. Management: How can we accomplish it in the best way?
3. Productivity: Making it happen! If you're NOT making mistakes, then you're NOT doing anything. I'm positive that a doer makes mistakes.

Self Personal Mission Statement What is it ?
It helps focus on the big picture and your main goals.
It should be fundamentally changeless
It is a vital function in becoming who we want to become and achieving all we want to achieve. Why have a mission statement for yourself? It helps to create balance in certain areas of your life.
It gives us direction for making major life direction decisions.
Helps us flow with changes.
If you don't have one, a feeling of emptiness is likely to set in. Logo therapy can be used to help with this. Personal Mission Statement Mission statements need to be balanced and easy to work.
Be sure to break the mission statement down into the specific roles and areas of your life. Always include the goals you want to achieve in each area. Understand that beginning with the end in mind is the ability to envision in your mind what you cannot presently see.
Recognizing that all things are created twice.
There is a mental (first) creation, and a physical (second) creation. The physical creation follows the mental, just as a building follows a blue print.
