Barcode Scanners
A barcode reader or barcode scanner is an electronic device for reading printed barcodes. Like a flatbed scanner, it consists of a light source, a lens and a light sensor translating optical impulses into electrical ones. It is used in supermarkets at the end of your shop to check what your item is and how much it's worth to make it easier for the supermaret assistant
