of all adults have a weight problem. Obesity is causes by the
consumption of more food than the body needs. Genetic factors
also contribute to obesity is young children. All people have different metabolism rates. Metabolism is how fast a body digests its food.
All people have different rates causing different
people to gain weight after eating only a little bit
and others only after gorging themselves for days on end. Inactivity and a poor diet
are the main contributers
to obesity today. Obesity=Addiction Normal Brain Obese Person Brain Alcohol Abuser Brain Cocaine User Brain Obesity can be hard to quit because of addiction. The red in the brain shows active levels of dopamine. Dopamine is the hormone that causes pleasure in people. Obese people require food in order to get their "high" like drug abusers. Obese people can relapse just like a substance abuser and could benifit from therapy. the stomach is tied off partially casusing the person to feel

every year, in 1997. In the United States obesity costs, in 2009, 344 Billion
dollars. 344 Billion Diet Change Changes in diet can work, but they can take a long time to see results and people can loose determanation. Exercise Daily exercise along with a proper diet can help
the person change their behavioural habits. What is Obesity? Obesity is a condition in which body fat has collected
until it proves serious negative health effects. Obesity
